Our working method
We always work with mobile installations, assembling a tailor-made rig on site. Our method is flexible: we adapt to the product, the desired process, and your logistics. We make clear arrangements regarding content, scheduling, responsibilities, and price so that you are not faced with surprises. Transparency is paramount: you receive a concise quotation in which all costs are included.
Advantages of our approach
Our mobile installations achieve exceptionally high processing speeds (up to 800 t/h) and ensure an efficient layout (up to 27 % more space). With this arrangement, you can build large stockpiles (up to 100,000 MT) and store your product under optimal conditions. Thanks to stable storage constructions and uniform mixing, we minimise breakage and product loss. In addition, we keep contamination low, preserve material quality, and prevent unwanted fractions. Fewer internal machine movements, less dust, and lower fuel consumption reduce environmental impact and improve safety.
From request to execution
We listen to your request, assess your product and goal, and draw up an approach. In many cases, we perform a small-scale test to demonstrate the intended results. You then receive a clear quotation. After approval we start the preparations and schedule the activities.
